We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our home health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes, monitoring their health, administering medications, and educating them on proper health and wellness practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient's condition and progress.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Document patient's progress in medical records.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Coordinate with other health care professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Assess home environment for safety hazards.
• Provide health education to patients and their families.

Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
